About the Kaaba

The Kaaba stands at the centre of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and is the qibla — the direction Muslims face in prayer. Built at the command of Allah and rebuilt by Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and Prophet Ismail (AS), it is the focal point of the annual Hajj pilgrimage.
